The Bible is a book of prophecy that testifies to Christ who is our Savior.
Jn 5:39 You diligently study the Scriptures because you think that by them you possess eternal life.
These are the Scriptures that testify about me.
So the prophecy about the physical King Cyrus is a prophecy about the Savior, the spiritual King Cyrus.
Over 150 years before Cyrus was born, God had designated Cyrus, the king of a gentile country in the east, as His anointed, that is, the Messiah. (Isa 45:1)
This means that the prophecy about King Cyrus contains the prophecy that will be fulfilled by Christ who comes as the Messiah.
Therefore, to be saved, we must meet Christ Ahnsahnghong nim who came as the spiritual King Cyrus!
