Working with American Littoral Society, church group hauls pieces of boats and docks left over from Superstorm Sandy.
Volunteers team up to haul debris that were too big and heavy to be carried in previous clean-ups.
More than 200 volunteers cleaned up the Jamaica Bay shoreline on Sunday, pulling out debris that clogs the coast and keeps the memory of Superstorm Sandy fresh, even though it touched down nearly 11 months ago.
They pulled pieces of boats and docks out of the marsh that landed there after Superstorm Sandy.
“They pulled large pieces of dock out of the marsh,” said Don Riepe of the American Littoral Society, who acts as a guardian of the bay. “We would have had to use a payloader and cut it up.”
Church of God (Witness of Ahnsahnghong) believes Ahnsahnghong as our Savior in the age of the Holy Spirit with the belief in Heavenly Mother. According to the Bible,God the Father and God the Mother who are the Spirit and the bride are to give us the water of life in this last age of the Holy Spirit. In order to receive the water of life in this age, we should come toward God the Father and God the Mother.
