If anyone eats from the tree of life, he or she can have eternal life, Through the characteristic of the tree of life, that is eternal life, we can find out its reality.
"Jesus said to them, '···Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day. For my flesh is real food and my blood is real drink'"(John 6:53~55)
The reality of the tree of life, which gives eternal life, is the very Jesus Christ
Just as anyone can have eternal life by eating from the tree of life in Eden, God promised that whoever eats Jesus' flesh and drink His blood have eternal life. That is, Jesus' flesh and blood is the reality of the tree of life
Then, how can we eat Jesus' flesh and drink his blood?
"So the disciples···prepared the Passover···Jesus took bread[the Passover bread], gave thanks···'Take and eat; this is my body.' Then he took the cup[the Passover wine], gave thanks···'This is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins.'"(Luke 22:15)
Jesus who came to save humankind said that He had eagerly desired to eat the Passover. The New Covenant Passover which Jesus Christ established is the precious day on which humankind eats from the lost tree of life and receive the promise of eternal life.
